Terms and Conditions
Chassis
It comes with a 24-month warranty. Its warranty period will start from the date Zeofine.in is billed to the dealer. The chassis will be replaced/repaired against any defects after 12 or 18 months (depending on model) of service.
Battery
The battery warranty period will be 12 months / 18 months / 24 months. Its warranty period will start from the date Zeofine.in is billed to the dealer. The OEM battery manufacturing company will fulfill this warranty directly with the dealer as the intermediary. If the OEM delays in resolving the complaint, Zeofine.in will ensure speedy resolution of the customer’s problem.
Motor
Any motor problem will be repaired or replaced within 6+2 months. Its warranty period will start from the date Zeofine.in is billed to the dealer. But this problem should not be due to an accident.
Controller
The warranty period of the controller will be 6+2 months. Any problems with the controller will be repaired or replaced. Its warranty period will start from the date Zeofine.in is billed to the dealer. In which the dealer has to pay a one-way courier cost.
Charger
12+2 months This warranty will be fulfilled directly by the OEM charger manufacturing company, where the dealer will be the intermediary. If OEM delays complaint resolution, Zeofine.in will ensure speedy resolution of the customer’s problem.
Converter
12+2 months The problem in the converter will be rectified or it will be replaced. Its warranty period will start from the date Zeofine.in is billed to the dealer. But this problem should not be the result of an accident.
Wire Related Problems
It will be changed or improved within 6-45 days. Its warranty period will start from the date Zeofine.in is billed to the dealer. But there will be no warranty against damage due to accident.
Warranty Claim Eligibility/Provision
Wheeler-related warranty will be given to those vehicles that have been purchased from a recognized company dealer or service center.
